Subject: Second the helpdsk problems
Comment: Hi, Telstra Cable is a damn good service. Not only are the upstreams better than ADSL but ping times are excellent. I second the call center issues though. I hate the voice prompting and you can never get through in less than 20 minutes. I do give it a high rating though as they provice a reliable, fast service at a very competitive price. That means something has to give and it is the staff levels on the helpdesk.

Comment: Pretty stable. good speeds. But pray nothing goes wrong. I spend 3 hours waiting on their dreadful customer service lines. Plus they have an automated answering service which is just awful.
