Comment: SmokeCDs have absolutely crap service. I ordered cds for xmas presents and specifcally asked if they could contact me if the cds might not arrive within 10 days. 11 days later no cds and no contact from them. I tried to phone but no reply. I emailed but no reply. They were quick to take the money out of my bank account though. Have emailed again to cancel the order and requested my money back.

Subject: Slow delvery fast creditcard debit
Comment: I've used Smoke for a number of years and they have got progressively worse. Even mainstream titles are not in stock and you can wait for weeks for your order to be filled. They debit your credit card immediately your order is placed so often you pay for a late items weeks in advance of receiving it even locally. This is not an acceptable practice

Comment: when I was living in the UK I ended up buying most of my music via smokecds - even taking into account the p&p, it worked out cheaper than getting it from the local music store.

Subject: Good and bad
Comment: Great selection , excellent reviewers but they overcharge outrageously for overseas postage, bill your credit card prior to shipping and don't deduct GST from overseas orders.
