Comment: Ordered back to school package 19 Jan 2010 - to date still no delivery - have phoned constantly and emailed constantly - always told it has been dispatched or that its in Auckland

Subject: Poor service from Dell online
Comment: Ordered a monitor beginning of June 09, arrived within 7 days - good start. Monitor went phut after 1 week - start of bad! Dell sent a clearly used monitor - we could tell because it arrived in an odd box, fully assembled, no cables, no dust jacket, no protective film and had obviously been a display model from the collection of dust all over it. Spent hours on the phone trying to get a new monitor but no joy. Have now requested a full refund

Comment: Never have I experienced such frustration in trying to get my laptop delivered! The deliver in 10 days, turned into 2 months, in the meantime I had no home work computer. Eventually, after calling repeatedly, being cut off and talking to customer service reps with poor English, I spoke to someone who reissued the order. The computer is great, but the experience was so bad I would not recommend them to anyone.

Subject: Bad delivery times
Comment: Stated on their website 7-10 days delivery, as soon as they took my money I got a expecte delivery date of around 30-40 days, support are no help and just state to wait until it arrives, delivery date passed and still no product, if you look on the net there are thousands of people with bad delivery times, or no delivery at all, canceled orders and other problems, my fist and last dell order ever...

Subject: ordering dell equipment
Comment: no problem with online order 3-4 days delivery HOWEVER ! telephone ordering is a nightmare NEVER AGAIN 4 weeks and still no parts (dell have my money) every ph call is a non english person and promises jsut dont happen - i have spent hours and hours and at todays date have got know where.
